Return Policy

At DogVibeFamily, we want you and your dog to be 100% happy with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized items (e.g. custom names or uploaded pet photos) are non-returnable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened or used food mats / bowls (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@dogvibefamily.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label (if eligible).
  3. Ship the item back to the Printify fulfillment center (US or EU warehouse).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective or Wrong Item? If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
