At DogVibeFamily, we want you and your dog to be 100% happy with your purchase.
30-Day Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized items (e.g. custom names or uploaded pet photos) are non-returnable unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used food mats / bowls (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@dogvibefamily.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will provide a return shipping label (if eligible).
- Ship the item back to the Printify fulfillment center (US or EU warehouse).
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective or Wrong Item? If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
